Role & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation across warehousing, last mile delivery and customer service.
Own core metrics: on time delivery, order accuracy, Inventory accuracy.
Lead, coach and develop a team of supervisors, team leads and frontline staff.
Partner with supply chain, planning and procurement to remove bottlenecks.
Ensure full compliance with health safety, ISO etc as applicable.
Implement and maintain WMS/ERP systems and operation dashboard

- Required Skills

Proven track record of managing teams and operations with 100 MINR.
Hands on experience on WMS, ERP
Must be from Manufacturing industry.
Data Driven: advanced Excel/experience building live dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
Exceptional communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Industry experience MRO, Transport & Railway Parts Mfg. OEM or Supply Distribution company.
Preferred Domain knowledge Good knowledge of the complete supply chain process

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate (MBA in SCM -will be an advantage)
