Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging, and services as per business needs
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors; negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs
- Ensure timely inbound and outbound movement of goods
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams for smooth operations
- Track logistics costs and implement cost-optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards
- Resolve vendor, delivery, and supply-related issues proactively
- Maintain MIS reports on procurement, logistics, and vendor performance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, and vendor management
- Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills
- Good knowledge of inventory planning and logistics operations
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
