Logistics Lead

Oversee and coordinate logistics operations including inbound and outbound transportation, dispatch, and delivery.

Supervise a team of logistics coordinators, drivers, or warehouse staff involved in shipment preparation and execution.

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to customers, branches, or production facilities.

Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to manage transportation schedules and resolve issues.

Monitor logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, transit time, freight cost, etc.) and prepare regular reports for management.

Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and customer service teams to streamline logistics and improve service levels.

Troubleshoot delivery issues, damaged goods, or transit delays and coordinate appropriate resolutions.

Optimize logistics costs by evaluating routes, carriers, and shipping methods.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory in transit, and transport documents.
