JD and Experience : 2 to 3 years in logistics domain  

• Computer proficiency – MS work, Excel, power point

• Responsible for maintaining DSR and follow up

• Responsible for creating export invoice, Packing list , delivery challan, ewaybill

• Creating AWB from DHL website

• Follow up for export clearance and update after delivery

• Import knowledge – follow up with CHA, freight forwarder, consignee for import pre-alert documents

• Follow up with DHL for import clearance in courier mode

• Follow up with Nominated CHA for Import clearance in cargo mode

• Responsible for maintaining vendor Bills DSR and submission to finance on timely basis

• Track vendor Bills payments confirmation

• Submission of correct Accruals to finance to maintain logistics budget

• Monitor all import shipment and ensure timely BOE filing to avoid customs fine

• Follow up for timely Import duty payment via Finance challan

• Resolve any issues with customs for uncleared shipments with the support of technical team and CHA

• Basic Knowledge of Reverse Logistics

• Basic Knowledge of FTP, Customs Act, GST
