Job Summary

We are looking for Logistics & Courier Support Executives who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to courier bookings, logistics services, and shipment support. The role involves interacting with customers through calls, assisting them with service details, and ensuring smooth coordination for logistics operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic system knowledge, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to logistics and courier services.
  • Assist customers with courier bookings and shipment inquiries.
  • Provide information regarding logistics charges, delivery timelines, and service availability.
  • Handle inquiries related to house shifting and relocation services.
  • Support customers with bulk courier service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.
  • Track shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.


Eligibility / Qualification

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a customer support / call center environment.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics or courier operations will be an advantage.
  • Candidates must have basic computer knowledge.


Interview Process

Round 1 Typing Test

  • Typing requirement: 90 words in 120 seconds (approx. 45 WPM).
  • Candidates will be given SCM-related typing topics.

Round 2 Voice & Accent Round

  • Communication assessment in English, Hindi, and regional language.
  • Evaluation of clarity, tone, and accent.

Round 3 Final Interview

  • HR / Operations interview.
  • Candidates must submit Resume and Graduation/Degree certificate soft copies before the interview.
