Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations for medicine distribution. The role involves coordinating dispatch, supervising drivers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation for smooth healthcare supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch of medicines.
- Plan and monitor delivery schedules to locations and ensure on-time delivery.
- Optimize routes and resolve delivery issues
- Supervise and communicate with drivers regarding routes, documentation, and compliance.
- Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive and regulated medical products.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment details, inventory movement, and delivery confirmations
- Address delivery delays, returns, damages, or compliance-related issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution regulations
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer support teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience in logistics, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution
- Strong knowledge of documentation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Multilingual communication skills preferred (English and Hindi a must)
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
