Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations for medicine distribution. The role involves coordinating dispatch, supervising drivers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation for smooth healthcare supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch of medicines.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules to locations and ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize routes and resolve delivery issues
• Supervise and communicate with drivers regarding routes, documentation, and compliance.
• Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive and regulated medical products.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment details, inventory movement, and delivery confirmations
• Address delivery delays, returns, damages, or compliance-related issues promptly
• Ensure adherence to healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution regulations
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and optimize operational efficiency
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer support teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 13 years of experience in logistics, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution
• Strong knowledge of documentation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Multilingual communication skills preferred (English and Hindi a must)
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
