Logistics Assistant

Vents Group is an international company specialized in the distribution of ingredients as Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals for the Flavors & Fragrances Industry with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain.

The company has 9 subsidiaries around the world and Vents India is the Indian one, located in Mumbai, India.

In order to continue with the process of growth, the selected candidate will join the team as a Logistics Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage shipping and export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, customs paperwork, etc).
• Prepare and coordinate sample shipments to customers.
• Maintain sample tracking records and follow up internally.
• Support import/export operations and liaise with customs agents.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and update ERP/CRM systems.
• Communicate with customers regarding order and shipment status.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Higher education in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, and documentation management in India.
• Languages: High level of English essential
• Organized, detail-oriented, and agile, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and coordinate efficiently with internal teams and external partners.
