Logistics And Inventory Management Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Management Executive to manage inventory records, coordinate logistics operations, and ensure smooth material movement. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, handling dispatch and inward materials, and coordinating with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records for all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for dispatch and delivery.
• Manage inward and outward material documentation and verification.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports for management.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accuracy of inventory data.
• Maintain proper documentation for purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and inventory management practices.

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of inventory tracking and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
