LV installation and maintenance is offered only in Abu Dhabi, covering installation, testing and commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for low voltage systems to support reliable facility performance. We serve customers across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Asia Pacific region with our in-house team, branch offices and fully trained associate companies to cater to our full product and service range.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics & Admin Coordinator at TheGAW Industries. The role involves managing international shipping and local operations using analytical skills to drive shipping, procurement and administration decisions, and effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The position is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications
- Arranging international Shipping
- Managing local purchase and admin requirements.
- Coordination with shipping agents and relevant stakeholders.
- Pricing negotiations with carriers and agents.
- Purchase Orders and Purchasing skills
- Strong analytical skills in the procurement domain
- Effective communication and Estimation skills
- Experience in procurement processes and supply chain management
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
