Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Halol, Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in export, preferably within the automotive industry. This role involves handling export documentation, managing MIS reporting, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Required Experience:

• 3 - 5 Years of Experience in Automobile or heavy Machinery in Outbound logistics & Export operations.
• Candidate must have the experience into container stuffing, container planning, container movement, export planning, export documentation, Container efficiency, export packaging & manpower handing (Packaging)
• Education: any graduate OR Diploma (Mechanical or Automobile)
• Strong experience in export documentation.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and Excel.
• Effective cross-functional coordination & Exports.
• Ability to handle data coordination.
• Preferred Industry: Automotive OR Heavy Machinery OR Auto ancillary
• 6 Days working (2 Shifts no Night Shift)

Good to Have:

• Willingness to work in shifts.

Personal Characteristics:

• Email drafting skill
• English Communication
