Logistic & Supply Chain Manager - D2C FMCG Brand – Exp: 05 years + - WIPRO Partnered - Package 08 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and distribution
• Plan and forecast inventory to avoid stock-outs and overstock situations
• Coordinate with manufacturing units, vendors, and 3PL partners
• Ensure timely dispatches to marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa), quick commerce, and retail stores
• Optimize logistics cost and improve operational efficiency
• Monitor warehouse operations, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and stock accuracy
• Handle reverse logistics and damage control
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Maintain MIS reports and provide data-driven insights for demand planning
• Lead and manage supply chain team performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
• 58 years of experience in logistics/supply chain (FMCG or beauty industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting
• Experience handling ecommerce & modern trade supply chain
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent analytical and leadership abilities
