Job Role-

• Managing the team of 10-12 Trade Relationship Manager across Mumbai
• Responsible for each TRMs achieving their annual budget and making all TRM productive.
• Responsible for achieving assigned target of tfx potential client, trade activation, TFx Income & Trade Asset.
• Work very closely with Business banking team for new customer addition and also drive new customer acquisition through referral.
• Grooming the team by giving them regular training, feedback session, motivational session and developing their selling skills. 
• Making regular client meeting with TRM , guiding the team regularly on business segment , potential business areas for sourcing trade & Forex potential client.
• Ensuring 100% Manpower by doing regular recruitment & Controlling RMs attritions.
• Regularly maintaining and providing the weekly and monthly reports and trackers to leader.
• Ensured adherence and compliance to regulatory requirement while processing transaction , both in terms of documentation and rules.

Job Requirement – 

• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Candidate should have at least 2 years of team handling role.
• Team Management and leadership skills
• Process orientation.
