Job Description
Job Role :
- Responsible for processing and underwriting of LAP cases as per credit policy
- Ensure adherence to credit policy and defined processes and imparting training to Credit Processing Team/ Team Management.
- Maintaining defined TATs for approval and TAT / Performance Management of processing Team
- Imparting induction and continuous training programs for credit team and MIS management
- To ensure audit compliance and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring of Delinquencies
Job Requirements :
- CA / MBA (Finance)
- Experience of minimum 5 years in relevant role.
- Good analytical skills and understanding of Commercial Vehicle market
- Good inter personal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team handling skill
