Job Description
- Handling a team of 3-4 BL CMs
- Drive Chennai unsecured BL business
- Maintain hygiene of unsecured portfolio I.e. timely renewals, delinquency tracking etc
- Handle big ticket BL, channel funding, solar funding and industrial equipment cases.
- Work in co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders viz., Sales, Ops, Collections and RCUÂ
Frequent visits to Channels and conducting training to them
