Role Description

We are looking for a Local SEO Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Business Profiles (GBPs) and improve local search visibility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google My Business (GMB) optimization, local citations, keyword research, and review management to enhance online presence and drive organic traffic.

• Google Business Profile Management : Optimize and update GBPs, ensuring NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency, category selection, and keyword integration.

• Local SEO Optimization : Implement strategies to improve local rankings, including on-page and off-page optimization.

• Google Reviews & Reputation Management : Monitor, respond to customer reviews, and develop strategies to improve ratings and engagement.

• Content & Post Management : Create and schedule engaging Google Posts, promotions, and business updates.

• Local Link Building & Citations : Ensure listings are accurate across local directories and acquire high-quality local backlinks.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting : Monitor GBP insights, keyword rankings, and traffic data, providing regular performance reports.

• Competitor Analysis : Conduct local competitor research and suggest strategies for improvement.

• Schema Markup Implementation : Implement local business schema for better search visibility.

• Google Maps Optimization : Improve visibility in Google Maps and ensure business locations appear correctly.

• Proven experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GMB) management

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, BrightLocal, SEMrush, etc.)

• Familiarity with local citation management and NAP consistency best practices

• Experience in review and reputation management strategies

• Understanding of geo-targeted keyword research and optimization

• Knowledge of Google Maps ranking factors

• Ability to analyze GBP insights and optimize strategies accordingly

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Experience in multi-location SEO

• Familiarity with local service ads and paid search campaigns

• Understanding of schema markup for local SEO

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
