Hiring Local Property Manager & Sales Executive (Mumbai, India)

Hexuvium is hiring a Local Property Manager & Sales Executive to grow and operate our short-term rental management business (Airbnb-type properties) in Mumbai.

Main mission

You will be Hexuviums local representative in Mumbai.

This is a hybrid role: sales + operations.

Your objective is to grow the portfolio and ensure reliable on-the-ground execution.

Key responsibilities

• Sell our short-term rental management contract to property owners
• Handle property onboarding (information collection, listing coordination, launch)
• Manage owner relationships (follow-up, requests, coordination)
• Recruit and coordinate local service providers (cleaning, maintenance, linen, check-in)
• Act as the local point of contact between Hexuvium, owners, and service providers
• Ensure clean, professional, and consistent service execution

Candidate profile

• Professional French required (spoken and written, minimum C1 level)
• Professional English required
• Hindi is a strong plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with property owners
• Organized, autonomous, and results-driven
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, concierge, or service sales is a strong advantage
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and digital tools

A French oral and written test will be required before final selection.

Compensation

• Fixed salary: 650 / month
• Commission: 20% of what Hexuvium actually collects from each client, for 3 months per signed client, then commission stops

Example

If one property generates 200/month for Hexuvium

Commission = 40/month for 3 months

Total commission = 120 for that contract

Payment can be made in EUR, USD, or local currency (INR).

Commission is paid only after actual client payment is received.
