Job Description

Position Title: Relationship Manager - Home Loan Sales DSA

Department: Sales

Location:Bangalore/Hyderabad

Reports To: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager for Home Loan Sales (DSA) willbe responsible fordriving sales of home loans through a network of Direct Sales Agents. The individual will support DSAs in achieving their sales targets,assistinidentifyingnew business opportunities, and ensure a smooth loan process for customers. This role will also involve providing ongoing guidance and training to DSAs to enhance their performance and ensure high-quality service.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
  • Achieve sales targets for home loans through a network of DSAs.
  • Identifyand onboard new DSAs to expand the sales network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into home loan sales.
  • Provide guidance to DSAs on improving their sales pitch and techniques.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with potential home loan customers and ensure they have a positive experience throughout the loan process.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
  1. Loan Process Management:
  • Support DSAs in gathering all necessary documentation for loan applications.
  • Ensure that all loan applications processed by DSAs are complete,accurate, andcomply withinternal policies.
  • Work with credit teams to ensuretimelyloan approvals and disbursements.
  1. Market Knowledge:
  • Keepup-to-datewith industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Share insights with the sales team toidentifynew business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  1. Reporting & Compliance:
  • Track and report on sales progress for both individual DSAs and theteam as a whole.
  • Ensure that all DSA activitiesare in compliance withregulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain and update customer data and sales records in CRM systems.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. A background in finance, sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in loan sales or financial product sales.
  • Prior experience managing DSAs or sales teams is a plus.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and market trends.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and support to sales agents.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and loan processing software.
