About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Senior Loan Processor with strong exposure to the Australian mortgage broking ecosystem. This role involves managing loan files end-to-end, coordinating with brokers, lenders, and aggregators, and ensuring a smooth journey from application to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end processing of home loan files (submission to settlement)

Preparation and verification of loan documentation

Liaison with mortgage brokers, lenders, aggregators, valuers & solicitors

Ensure compliance with Australian lending and documentation standards

Track loan milestones and follow up proactively

Maintain accurate CRM and loan tracking records

Support brokers with pipeline management and status updates

Ensure SLA adherence and turnaround timelines

Technical & Professional Requirements

Strong understanding of Australian mortgage products & workflows

Hands-on experience with broker CRMs/platforms:

MY CRM

Salestrekker (preferred)

Infinity

Familiarity with major Australian lenders and aggregators

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Clear, professional communication skills

Preferred Profile

Prior experience with Australian mortgage broking firms

Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously

Experience in offshore/back-office mortgage processing teams
