About the Role

TheLoan Advisor willbe responsible forguiding customers through the entire loan process,fromassessing eligibility and understanding their needs to recommending the right products andfacilitatingapproval. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales skills, financial knowledge, and a passion for helping people make informed credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients financial situations and loan requirements to recommend suitable products.
• Explain various loan options, terms, interest rates, and repayment plans clearly and transparently.
• Assistcustomers with loan applications, documentation, and eligibility checks.
• Liaise with internal teams and financial institutions to ensuretimelyloan processing and disbursement.
• Build andmaintainlong-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets whilemaintainingethical sales practices.
• Keepup-to-datewith financial products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
• Provide post-loan support and guidance as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience24years in loan advisory, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of personal, business, and secured/unsecured loan products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.
• High levelof integrity and professionalism when handling client financial information.
