Loan IQ Business Analyst

We are seeking a Loan IQ Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in commercial lending and hands-on experience with Finastra Loan IQ. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to support requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation across the loan lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree with good experience in Commercial Lending/Syndicated lending domain.
• Loan IQ and Commercial Lending experience
• Demonstrated experience with implementations of commercial lending applications such as Loan IQ, etc.
• Support data mapping, migration, and reconciliation activities
• Assist in production support , issue triage, and root cause analysis
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Agency Syndications & Loan Trading business in a front office, Operations, or Business Systems Consulting role.
• Sound knowledge and background of Syndication Loan Origination and Servicing activities
• Experience working in Agile methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases.
• Experience with Testing and Defect Tracking software, such as ALM or JIRA.
• Experience in attending Scrum ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint retrospective meetings.
• knowledge of the Loan IQ and demonstrated Loan IQ (vendor) data model knowledge and application experience.
• SQL skills.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and have experience engaging with senior leaders and managers.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
