Key Responsibilities:

Driving and managing loan solutions within the builder segment

Managing the customer leads that come on the NoBrokers application and converting for

Home Loans

Maintain a strong coordination with the sales team to maximize the customer conversion for

Loans

Manage and supervise the entire login to disbursement process of Home loan files and

ensure minimum TAT and maximum customer conversion

Display high customer centricity and be prompt in resolving issues highlighted by both

external and internal stakeholders

Key Skills Required:

In-depth understanding of the loan process. Knowledge of the documentation work required

at each stage during the process and how to scrutinize them

Understanding of the different banks products available in the market and their USPs

Credit Assessment experience to be able to analyse customer profile and recommend the

best suited product to them

Good communication skills with proficiency in English and 1 local language of the geography

Qualifications Required:

Graduate Candidate ( B.Com preferred) with minimum 3 years of experience in the Home

Vertical of a Bank/NBFC/Competitor DSAs. Candidates must have customer dealing and Credit

Assessment experience.
