Role Overview
This is a front-line relationship management and business development role for experienced lending professionals who can build, manage, and grow broker relationships, while also being hands-on with outbound calling, lead generation, and deal closure.
You will own broker and referral partner relationships and manage loan files end-to-end, from scenario assessment through to settlement, working closely with Australian stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)
- Build and manage long-term relationships with brokers and referral partners
- Proactively generate business through outbound calling and follow-ups
- Convert self-generated and referred leads from first contact to settlement
- Act as the single point of contact for brokers and clients throughout the loan lifecycle
- Manage loan servicing and complete loan documentation
- Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and settlement teams
- Work Australian business hours
- Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional relationship-based service
Who Should Apply
- Minimum 1+ year experience in loan administration, loan processing, or lending BDM roles
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management with brokers or referral partners
- Sales-driven mindset comfortable picking up the phone daily
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple active relationships and pipelines
- Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment
- Comfortable working Australia time zones

- Hybrid role (remote initially; office 34 days/week within 6 months)
- 12-month contract under India entity (conversion subject to performance)
