Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate LLM Modeling / NLP Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will design, build, fine-tune, and optimize state-of-the-art language models and NLP systems for both client and internal use. Youll contribute directly to projects involving generative AI, text understanding, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflowsleveraging the latest advances in LLMs and NLP research.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) for text generation, conversational agents, summarization, extraction, and other NLP-intensive tasks.
• Build and optimize NLP pipelines for data preprocessing, tokenization, embeddings, information retrieval, and semantic search.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model alignment best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, and MLOps engineers to understand project requirements and deliver robust, production-ready NLP solutions.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics; iterate architectures and data strategies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and fairness.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging advancements in NLP and LLMs, open-source models, and benchmarks.
• Produce technical documentation, sample code, and reproducible workflows for both internal and client-facing use.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, and cross-functional knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in NLP/LLM engineering or applied research.
• Proven proficiency with Python and major NLP/LLM frameworks (HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Practical experience with fine-tuning LLMs (GPT, Llama, Falcon, Mistral, or similar), embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Solid understanding of text pre-processing, vector search, knowledge bases, and evaluation metrics for NLP systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps processes: version control, containerization (Docker), reproducibility, and cloud AI deployments.
• Passion for clean, well-documented code and strong collaboration skills in distributed teams.
• Prior experience in building enterprise or customer-facing NLP applications is a plus.
