Summary: As an LLM Model Developer, you will be responsible for fine-tuning large language models with emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts using Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. Your typical day will involve working with large language models, performing fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve model performance and relevance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Fine-tune large language models using Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service with emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop models that meet those requirements. - Conduct detailed analysis of model performance and make recommendations for improvements. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
