Manage litigation cases related to Prime LAP accounts including SARFAESI, DRT, Civil & Criminal matters.
Coordinate with panel advocates for drafting, filing, and follow-up of cases.
Handle Section 13, 14 proceedings under SARFAESI Act.
Track court hearings, maintain MIS, and update management on case status.
Provide legal strategy for high-value delinquent accounts.
Scrutinize legal notices, replies, petitions, and affidavits.
Liaise with recovery, credit, and business teams for legal inputs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Support settlement negotiations and legal recovery actions.
