Job Description
- IBB DB2 LUW- i.e Database Designer of DB2.Experience on installation of different versions of DB2 on Red hat Linux Environment
- Good knowledge of Linux
- Scheduling shell scripts on LINUX environments
- Good experience in generating DDL's using DB2LOOK command on existing database and its objects.
- Use RUNSTATS, REORGCHK and REORG to enhance application performance.
- Good knowledge on data movement utilities like IMPORT, LOAD, and EXPORT under high volume conditions.
- Tuning using db2advisor and db2explain tools.
- Database performance tuning by configuring database and DBM Parameters.
