Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Terraform Ansible GCP and Linux Admin (RHEL/SLES/OEL). This role operates on a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure operations ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize infrastructure operations to ensure seamless performance and reliability.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate provisioning and management of cloud resources.
- Utilize Ansible for configuration management application deployment and task automation.
- Oversee the administration of Linux systems including RHEL SLES and OEL ensuring their optimal performance and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions on GCP.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain high availability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes configurations and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure operations.
- Implement security best practices to protect infrastructure and data from potential threats.
- Contribute to the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Have extensive experience with GCP cloud services and solutions.
- Show expertise in Linux administration specifically RHEL SLES and OEL.
- Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Display strong collaboration and communication abilities.
