We are looking for a LinkedIn Manager to own and scale Scry AIs presence on LinkedIn across company pages, leadership profiles, and campaign-driven initiatives. This role is critical in building brand authority, accelerating follower growth, driving high-quality engagement, and supporting demand generation through measurable LinkedIn performance.
Role Overview
As a LinkedIn Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for defining and executing end-to-end LinkedIn growth strategies with clear performance outcomes. You will work closely with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams to grow LinkedIn as a high-impact brand, engagement, and demand channel.
This role is ideal for someone who treats LinkedIn as a performance-driven growth platform, not just a content channel.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Growth and KPI Ownership
- Own LinkedIn growth metrics, including follower growth, impressions, reach, engagement rate, and profile visits
- Drive consistent month-on-month follower growth for the company and leadership pages
- Improve engagement rate per post through content optimization, timing, and format experimentation
- Increase organic reach and impressions across priority content themes and campaigns
Content Strategy and Execution
- Plan, write, and publish LinkedIn content, including posts, carousels, thought leadership, product updates, and campaigns
- Collaborate with design teams to create high-performing LinkedIn creatives and carousels
- Translate complex AI and enterprise narratives into concise, high-impact LinkedIn content
Leadership and Personal Branding
- Manage and scale LinkedIn presence for senior leadership and key spokespeople
- Grow leadership profile followers, post reach, and engagement while maintaining authenticity and credibility
- Align leadership content with company messaging, product launches, and market narratives
Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Track and analyze LinkedIn KPIs such as follower growth, impressions, reach, engagement rate, clicks, and conversions
- Identify top-performing content formats, hooks, and narratives, and double down on what works
- Share regular performance dashboards, insights, and actionable recommendations with stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with demand generation and paid media teams to amplify high-performing organic content
- Support campaigns for product launches, gated content, events, webinars, and hiring initiatives
- Stay current with LinkedIn algorithm updates, platform trends, and content best practices
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience managing LinkedIn growth for B2B brands, SaaS companies, or enterprise products
- Proven track record of driving follower growth, reach, and engagement on LinkedIn
- Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored to professional and executive audiences
- Experience using LinkedIn analytics, dashboards, and performance tracking tools
- Ability to connect LinkedIn metrics to broader brand, demand, and business outcomes
