LINKEDIN LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist. The primary responsibility of the role is to identify, interact with, and engage prospective leads on LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research to find relevant prospects, crafting effective communication strategies, managing interactions, and developing relationships with potential clients. The specialist will collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales processes.

• Proven experience in Lead Generation and expertise in finding and identifying New Leads
• Strong Communication and Sales skills to engage with potential leads effectively
• Research skills to analyze target markets and identify potential clients
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to convert leads into opportunities
• Experience with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
