Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for generating qualified international leads for our Web and Mobile Application Development Services through LinkedIn and other professional platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understanding of IT services, and experience in B2B lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified international leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online channels.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and relevant contacts.
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, messaging).
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools.
- Identify client requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- 6 Months - 4 years of Experience in LinkedIn lead generation (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of Web & Mobile App Development services.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Good research and data-mining abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services / software sales lead generation.
- Knowledge of international markets (US, UK, UAE, etc.).
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
