As we grow our digital presence, we are looking for a talented LinkedIn Ghostwriter & Outreach Specialist to build our brand authority and generate qualified pipeline through LinkedIn.


Role Overview

You will be the voice behind our company and leadership pages on LinkedIn. You will craft compelling content that positions Applikon as a thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem, and execute strategic outreach campaigns to connect with decision-makers, prospects, and potential partners. This is a high-impact, creative role with direct visibility to senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Ghostwriting

Write engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, carousels, and newsletters for the company page and

leadership profiles (CEO, practice leads)

Translate complex Salesforce topics (CPQ, FSL, MuleSoft, Agentforce, etc.) into accessible,

value-driven content for business audiences

Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with business goals, campaigns, and industry

trends

Craft compelling case study teasers, success story posts, and thought leadership pieces

Repurpose existing blogs, case studies, and website content into LinkedIn-native formats

  • Outreach & Lead Generation

Identify and build targeted prospect lists of decision-makers (CTOs, VP Sales, IT Directors,

Operations Heads) across target industries

Execute personalized LinkedIn connection and messaging campaigns using Sales Navigator or

similar tools

Design and A/B test outreach sequences to maximize response and meeting booking rates

Manage and follow up on outreach conversations, qualify leads, and hand off warm prospects to

the sales team

Track outreach metrics (acceptance rate, reply rate, meeting rate) and continuously optimize


  • Analytics & Reporting

Monitor LinkedIn page and profile analytics to track reach, engagement, follower growth, and

inbound inquiries

Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes and best practices to keep our strategy ahead of the curve



What We're Looking For

Required

2+ years of LinkedIn content writing or ghostwriting experience (B2B / tech / SaaS preferred)

Proven track record of growing LinkedIn engagement and generating outbound leads

Excellent written English with strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent outreach tools

Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines


  • Nice to Have

Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or enterprise software landscape

Experience writing for IT services, consulting, or technology companies

Knowledge of content scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Taplio, etc.)

Basic understanding of demand generation or ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
