2. Our Company Page (brand trust, community, and demand support)

This is not a typical social media role. Its a hands-on growth and executive communications mandate with clear SLAs and measurable outcomes.

What Youll Own

• End-to-end LinkedIn strategy (CEO + Company Page)
• Original, human-first writing (3 CEO posts/week baseline)
• A clean, forward-planned editorial calendar
• Structured, personalised relationship-building outreach (compliance-first)
• Discoverability and credibility optimisation of the Company Page
• Multi-format content (documents, visuals, short video designed for engagement)
• Weekly analytics tracking and iteration
• On-time publishing (schedule discipline is a core KPI)

What Were Looking For

You can:

• Capture an executive voice authentically
• Turn insights into compelling, scroll-stopping posts
• Build meaningful relationships (especially in sustainability and safety ecosystems)
• Ship consistently without hand-holding
• Operate with high discretion and executive-level integrity
