Line Executive MMS

1. Allocate the manpower available for daily production and achieve the Productivity

2. Produce moulds on daily basis as per planning to meet the Customers requirements in Moulding lines.

3. Awareness creation among the employees on previous day performance & safety talk

4.To reduce the mould scrap and Foundry scrap due to moulding below the targeted level

5.Check the number of Cores available as per daily production planning

6.Communicate the planning to sand system, Melting and maintenance on shift basis

7.Improvement projects identification & Implementation through shift leaders

8.Interaction with Maintenance Team for smooth production

9.Ensuring IATF/EHS records are updated by the respective shift leaders

10.Co-ordinate with Fettling shop for unloading the castings from the casting cooling conveyor

11.Arrange good housekeeping

12.Co-ordinate with QA Department to improve the casting Quality to meet customer requirement

13.Check the pattern equipment and moulding boxes to the requirement of casting quality

14. Maintain records for moulds produced & Moulding box condition
