Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a LIMS Software Assistant and Lead Generation Executive located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include assisting in the implementation and support of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), identifying potential leads, and managing initial communication. The role involves coordinating with various teams, understanding client requirements, and providing efficient support for LIMS software. Additionally, the individual will develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture leads effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management
• Technical proficiency in LIMS software, with the ability to assist in implementation and troubleshooting
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
• Analytical and Research skills to identify potential leads and market opportunities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
• Technical background or familiarity with laboratory practices is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biology, or a related field is preferred
