About the Role

We are looking for a creative and visually driven Lighting Designer to craft stunning aerial light experiences for drone light shows. This role is ideal for professionals from event lighting, motion graphics, LED screen content, or projection mapping backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Design compelling lighting sequences for drone light shows based on creative briefs.

Develop visually engaging color palettes using additive RGB theory.

Create smooth and impactful motion flows for aerial formations.

Translate storyboards and concepts into timeline-based lighting designs.

Optimize lighting looks for large-scale visibility.

Learn and effectively use the companys proprietary drone lighting software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

35 years of relevant experience in lighting design, motion design, LED content, or projection mapping.

Strong understanding of color theory, especially additive RGB lighting.

Good sense of timing, rhythm, and motion choreography.

Experience working with timeline-based animation or lighting tools.

Ability to quickly learn new software and workflows.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience in event or stage lighting design.

Background in LED screen content or projection mapping.

Familiarity with After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Resolume, or similar.
