Responsibilities

·       Individual Contributor Role to own and execute assigned tasks on time with high quality.

·       Call Plan Development for new salesforce: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and create comprehensive call plans.

·       Own the process of developing and maintaining target lists for sales representatives. Identify high-potential customers and strategically allocate resources to maximize impact.

·       Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics tools to analyze market trends, track sales performance, and provide actionable insights to sales teams.

·       Liaison with stakeholders and onshore team to understand complex business problems and define solutions.
