Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Analyst with 10 to 12 years of experience in Psft - Program Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a good understanding of research and development. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various projects ensuring they align with company goals and deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the planning implementation and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects.
- Provide strategic direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize program management tools and techniques to optimize project outcomes.

- Must have extensive experience in Psft
- Program Management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Should have a good understanding of research and development processes and methodologies.

Certifications Required
PMP Certification PgMP Certification or equivalent program management certification.
