Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Life Asia Tester with strong expertise in Manual Testing and hands-on experience in the Life Asia tool. The role involves validating insurance processes across DAY 1 (new business onboarding) and DAY 2 (policy servicing and maintenance), ensuring accuracy and reliability in life insurance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of Life Asia applications, focusing on life insurance policy servicing modules.
- Validate DAY 1 processes including new business onboarding, issuance, and initial policy setup.
- Validate DAY 2 processes including endorsements, renewals, claims, and policy maintenance.
- Design, execute, and document test cases with clear defect reporting.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and support teams to ensure functional accuracy.
- Conduct regression testing to confirm system stability after enhancements or fixes.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
Primary Skills
- Manual Testing Strong ability to design, execute, and document test cases.
- Life Asia Tool Hands-on experience with Life Asia insurance application.
- DAY 1 Operations Testing new business onboarding workflows.
- DAY 2 Operations Testing policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and claims.
- Policy Servicing Deep understanding of insurance policy lifecycle and servicing processes.
- Life Insurance Domain experience Familiarity with life insurance products, underwriting, and claims.
