Role OverviewWe are seeking a Liaisoning Officer Project Coordination with strong experience in inter-departmental coordination, government liaisoning, and lobbying across multiple industries.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external stakeholders, and government authorities, enabling timely approvals, smooth execution, and operational readiness of projects across hospitality, tourism, real estate, and NGO verticals.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Coordination- Coordinate projects across multiple departments and industries, ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and compliance.
- Act as the central coordination point between internal teams, consultants, vendors, and external agencies.
- Track project progress, deadlines, approvals, and dependencies across all verticals.
- Liaise with Government Departments, Local Administration, Municipal Bodies, and Regulatory Authorities.
- Manage and expedite statutory and sector-specific approvals including Tourism Registration, Fire NOC, Pollution Control, and Building Plan Approvals.
- Handle lobbying activities to facilitate smoother approvals and issue resolution in line with legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain, track, and update all regulatory documentation, renewals, and compliance records.
- Ensure projects remain compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and government norms.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Resolve on-ground, regulatory, and coordination challenges proactively.
- Support leadership in developing SOPs, coordination frameworks, and compliance processes.
- Provide regular coordination and status reports to senior management.
Education: Bachelors degree in Operations, Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in project coordination, government liaisoning, and lobbying roles.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple departments and industries (not limited to one sector).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
