We are seeking an experienced Architect / Draughtsman (or Diploma-qualified Civil Engineer) with 57 years of proven expertise in municipal liaising and municipal-drawing submissions under UDCPR, including hands-on use of BPMS for building plan approvals.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Architect/Diploma in Civil Engineering /Draughtsman with robust experience in liaisoning work related to municipal approvals and online building plan submissions. The candidate should have a good understanding of municipal drawings as per UDCPR and hands-on experience with BPMS systems .

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and submission of architectural drawings for approval through BPMS

Platforms & offline mode.

Coordination and follow-up with Municipal Authorities for building plan approvals, NOCs, and related permissions.

Preparation of municipal drawings as per UDCPR norms and guidelines.

Oversee documentation, compliance, and submission work.

Maintain project records, drawings, and approval status.

Liaison with clients, consultants, and local authorities as required.

Tracing of Municipal drawing of T.P. Client in BPMS

Required Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of BPMS online systems.

Good understanding of UDCPR and municipal drawing requirements.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in liaisoning and municipal submission work.

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
