We are looking for a Liaison Officer / Manager Technical (Real Estate) for our client location in Mumbai.

Job Description

To ensure timely acquisition of statutory approvals and clearances for BMC building projectsincluding SRA

schemesby effectively coordinating with government authorities, internal teams, and external consultants, while

ensuring full regulatory compliance and smooth project execution.1. Liaisoning & Coordination

Liaise with government departments like Municipal Corporation (BMC), SRA. MMRDA for project

approvals.

Maintain effective working relationships with BMC, SRA, MMRDA officers, engineers, and other

regulatory officials.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal advisors, and internal teams for smooth submission

and tracking of proposals. Assist in preparing, submitting, and following up on Development Proposals, IOD (Intimation of

Disapproval), CC (Commencement Certificate), OC (Occupation Certificate) and other construction-

related approvals.

Ensure compliance with DCPR (Development Control Promotion Regulations), MRTP Act, and other

applicable rules.

Manage documentation, application forms, drawings, reports, and NOCs required for proposals.

3. SRA Related Approvals

Coordinate for SRA schemes from LOI (Letter of Intent) to Annexure-II, Annexure-III, Annexure-IV,

and LOA (Letter of Approval) stages.

Manage approvals related to slum surveys, eligibility verification, biometric, and rehab building

Skills

Position- Liaison Officer / Manager-Technical- Real Estate, Exp-Min.7 , Education: B.E / B.Tech (Civil) OR B.Arch (Any-1 Mandatory) , Town Planning with minimum 510 years of experience in liaisoning for building proposal approvals and SRA projects. Thorough knowledge of DCR, DCPR, MRTP Act, and SRA Regulations Strong coordination and networking skills with government authorities Excellent documentation and compliance handling

Project tracking, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
