Position Title : Senior Manager - Underwriter
Location - Mumbai
Experience - 8+ years
Responsibilities
- Development of local Liability LOB underwriting strategy and policies; in alignment with global and regional guidelines including implementation of the strategy.
- Responsible for managing the underwriting performance of local LOB portfolio including delivering GWP and NTR plan.
- Ensure adherence to LOB underwriting governance per framework within local portfolio.
- Responsible for strengthening and managing relationship with market stakeholders to drive business (customers, brokers, associations)
- Provide leadership and nurture talent including enhancing LOB underwriting technical skills.
- Member of the QBR, Underwriting Performance Committee, Management Team Meetings.
