Hiring: Leveraged Finance Associate

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a Leveraged Finance Associate to support debt origination and syndication activities across EMEA & US markets, working closely with Capital Markets and DCM teams on complex financing situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support debt origination/syndication across restructuring, refinancing, bond syndication, leveraged and acquisition financing
• Monitor and track financial performance, borrower business models, industry trends, security coverage, and macroeconomic impact across portfolios
• Prepare pitch books, RFPs, information memorandums, term sheets, investor presentations, pricing analyses, sales memos, and external legal documentation
• Assist in structuring debt transactions (instrument, pricing, tenor, currency, target investors) using market comparables and prevailing conditions
• Work closely with DCM desk and cross-functional teams including Corporate Finance, Syndicate, and ESG
• Develop strong working relationships with US and EMEA stakeholders
• Guide and train junior/new analysts, resolve project-related queries, and perform quality checks on deliverables

Desired Qualifications

• MBA / Masters in Finance from a premier institution
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Leveraged Finance / Debt Capital Markets
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts
• Good knowledge of debt products, with focus on Hybrid instruments and Liability Management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with databases: FactSet, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Thomson One, Factiva, LevFin Insights, LCD News
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Python, VBA is a plus
