Job Title: Senior Learning & Performance Specialist
Location: Bangalore
Shift timings: 10:00 pm IST to 7:00 pm IST.
Summary We are seeking a highly engaging and dynamic Senior Learning & Performance Specialist to shape our workforce in an AI-first company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and a knack for inspiring a multi-generational audience (Gen Z, Millennials, and Gen X). You will design and facilitate high-impact soft skills and behavioral training programs for our engineering, sales, and corporate teams, ensuring our people have the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and achieve peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Strategy & Design: Lead the design and development of innovative training content for a wide range of soft skills, including leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution, with a focus on real-world application in a tech company.
- Dynamic Facilitation: Deliver compelling and interactive training sessions for a diverse employee base, adapting your style to engage different generations and roles, from software engineers to sales professionals.
- Performance Consulting: Partner with business leaders to conduct performance needs analysis, identify skill gaps, and design targeted interventions that directly impact key business metrics.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor junior trainers and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure training initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals and performance outcomes.
- Impact Measurement: Develop and implement robust evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick's levels) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of training programs, using data to inform continuous improvement and demonstrate business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a dedicated corporate soft skills and behavioral training role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that engage diverse, multi-generational audiences.
- A strong passion for and understanding of the technology sector, particularly AI and software engineering.
- Exceptional communication, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Certificates & Skills
- Certifications:
- Certified Professional in Training & Development (CPTD) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
- EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 Certification or other emotional intelligence assessments.
- Certifications in behavioral assessments like DISC or MBTI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
Experience: Direct experience working within a technology, software, or AI company
