Job Opening: Sales / Lead Conversion Executive (Experienced)

We are hiring experienced and performance-driven Sales / Lead Conversion Executives to handle and convert daily incoming leads provided by the company. The role requires professional customer interaction, lead qualification, and timely transfer of high-intent calls to the senior team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls on company-provided daily leads

Understand customer requirements and evaluate lead quality

Convert qualified leads or transfer interested prospects to the senior team

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status

Share daily activity and performance reports

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or lead conversion

Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Professional, polite, and customer-focused approach

Strong follow-up and closing skills
