Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer at Unison Education and Research Foundation in Dehra Dun. The Legal Officer will be responsible for legal civil matters, legal vetting, legal cases, legal correspondence, legal document preparation, legal liaison with legal counsels, contract law tasks and related legal tasks of the organisation and its institutions.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Law from a reputed University
- Five years of relevant experience is a must.
- Business Law and Contract Law skills
- Civil Law skills
- IPR Law skills
- Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation skills
- Strong understanding of general law
- Experience in legal advisory and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
