Legal Officer (Crypto)

Role Overview

Unitic Exchange is looking for an experienced Legal Officer with hands-on exposure to crypto-related legal cases. The ideal candidate should be confident in court proceedings, well-versed in criminal and constitutional remedies, and capable of representing the organization effectively before legal authorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle crypto, financial, and cyber lawrelated cases

2. Draft, file, and manage Writ Petitions, Anticipatory Bail, and other legal proceedings

3. Appear before courts, legal authorities, and enforcement agencies when required

4. Coordinate with external counsels and internal compliance teams

5. Provide legal opinions on regulatory, enforcement, and operational matters

6. Ensure timely responses to legal notices and court orders

Represent Unitic Exchange professionally in legal discussions and hearings

Requirements

* 35 years of proven legal experience (mandatory)

* Prior experience handling crypto, fintech, cybercrime, or financial cases

* Strong knowledge of:

1. Writ Jurisdiction

2. Anticipatory Bail

3. Criminal & Constitutional Law

4. Ability to draft, file, and argue cases in court

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Language Skills

English & Hindi Mandatory

Any additional Indian language is a plus
