We are looking for a dynamic Legal professional to handle Litigation and Non-Litigation matters for an NBFC, with strong exposure to recovery, compliance, documentation, and regulatory coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigation

• Handle civil & recovery litigation cases in various courts/tribunals.
• Coordinate with external advocates and law firms.
• Draft, vet, and review pleadings, notices, replies, affidavits, and petitions.
• Track cases and ensure timely follow-ups and hearings.
• Support SARFAESI / DRT / Arbitration / Consumer Court matters.

Non-Litigation / Compliance:

• Draft & vet agreements: Loan, Hypothecation, Guarantee, NDAs, MOUs, etc.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI / NBFC norms.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and legal risk assessments.
• Handle documentation, contract management, and policy reviews.
• Advise business teams on legal implications and risk mitigation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: LLB / LLM
• Experience: 810 years in NBFC / Banking / Law Firm / Financial Services
• Strong exposure to Litigation + Recovery + Compliance
• Industry Preference:
• NBFC / Banking / Law Firms / Insurance
• Hands-on with courts, documentation, and regulatory frameworks
