Job Description
We are looking to connect with experienced real estate legal professionals with 5-7 years of experience for an exciting opportunity with our client, a leading real estate company.
Role Overview:
The Legal Manager will play a key role in independently handling end-to-end legal documentation and transactions relating to land acquisition and real estate development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle documentation relating to land acquisition and transfer, including JDAs, collaboration agreements, sale/transfer/conveyance deeds.
- Lead and execute land acquisition transactions, playing a significant role from structuring to closure.
- Conduct comprehensive land title due diligence (with strong exposure in Maharashtra; exposure to NCR is an added advantage).
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estatespecific documentation such as MOUs, ATSs, Term Sheets, LOIs, and RFPs.
- Manage and support RERA-related documentation and compliances, particularly for Maharashtra, Delhi, and Haryana.
- Assist in structuring and negotiating complex land acquisition and joint development transactions.
- Conduct extensive legal due diligence for potential business deals and acquisitions.
- Liaise and coordinate with external law firms on transactions and advisory matters.
- Attend and participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in real estate and land acquisition transactions.
- Proven ability to independently manage and execute complex documentation and negotiations.
