The role involves:
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating & finalizing commercial contracts
MOUs, license agreements, collaborations, NDAs, leases & corporate documents
IP & brand portfolio management and coordination with external attorneys
Regulatory & ethical compliance oversight, including supply chain
Litigation handling and liaison with external counsels.
